As a benefit eligible colleague, you are eligible for Trinity Health Plus Benefits - a benefits package designed exclusively for colleagues of Trinity Health. During your two-week enrollment period, you may select the plans included in this website to complement and supplement the core benefits package you receive as a colleague of Trinity Health. The information in this website will show you how Trinity Health Plus Benefits work with your core benefits to offer convenient after-tax payroll deductions and portability, meaning benefits go with you if you change jobs or retire.

All eligible colleagues will receive an enrollment guide and several other mailings to your home address over the course of your two-week enrollment period. This enrollment guide will have important information on the benefits available and the dates that your enrollment will begin and end.

The Trinity Plus Benefits** available to you during your two-week enrollment period are:

  • LifeLock Identity Theft
  • Term Life Insurance with Long Term Care
  • Critical Illness Insurance
  • Legal Benefit
  • Group Accident Insurance
Please note that now is the time to review your voluntary benefits. If participating in Unum Short Term Disability, your benefit amount will not automatically increase if your salary increases. Please assess your benefit amounts and see if you have adequate coverage.
