To proceed with your voluntary benefit enrollment, validate your eligibility by entering the last 4 digits of your social security number & your date of birth, then you can follow the screens, elect the voluntary benefits that best fit your family's needs, or simply decline coverage.
Once you reach the Checkout screen, be sure to scroll down and hit the green COMPLETE button; you will receive an email confirmation statement.
Current policyholders who do not wish to add more coverage and simply keep their existing policy are not required to login. Decreases or cancellations to existing policies require you to contact Unum at 1-800-635-5597.
