This is your annual whole life enrollment. All benefit-eligible employees must make their elections on this site for voluntary Whole Life, underwritten by Unum.

Current policyholders who do not wish to add more coverage and simply keep their existing policy are not required to login. Decreases or cancellations to existing policies require you to contact Unum at 1-800-635-5597.

Premiums are paid by direct bill to your credit card or debit card beginning on 1/20/2027, and continue on the 20th of each month thereafter.

This is your opportunity to protect your family's financial security at an affordable rate upon death. The maximum death benefit for employees is $100,000 if you are age 50 or younger, $50,000 if you are age 51 or older, acceptance guaranteed, no health questions.
