Voluntary Benefits enrollment!
You are encouraged to consider each voluntary benefit offered to you by your employer. Navigating this self service enrollment experience is easy, simply validate you are a benefit eligible employee by entering the last four digits of your social security number along with your date of birth in the area provided on the right hand side of this screen.
Once you login you will be able to explore each type of benefit coverage by clicking on the green enroll now button. Be sure to answer all questions and make your selection for the amount of benefit you would like then click on the save and continue button in the bottom right corner of each screen.
