You may gather information on your own about the different lines of voluntary coverage. Navigating this site is easy, just scroll down the self service menu bar which is located on the left hand side of each screen.
If you decide that you are interested in electing coverage for you or your family, simply follow the instructions as shown in the Enrollment Process window on this screen.
If you would like to review the premium rates based on your elections you may contact the EnrollVB call center to speak with a benefits counselor at 1-877-454-3001. Be sure you identify yourself as a Harley Marine Services, Inc. employee. The call center is open Monday through Friday, 8:00am-7:00pm EST.
You may also click "Enroll Now" on the menu bar and make your selections to review premium rates. You may change your elections at any time during the enrollment period. Benefit counselors in the call center can also assist with navigation, product questions, or enroll you telephonically. It’s Your Choice.
