Simply call 1-888-232-4230 during your enrollment period and complete a health questionnaire. There is no physical exam if you are under age 66.
If you qualify, you receive a $100,000 death benefit — at no cost to you — payable to your chosen beneficiary.
In the event of your death, your beneficiary can use the $100,000 benefit to replace lost income, pay for final or burial expenses, etc.
