Dental helps cover the cost of preventative and basic services. Coverage is available for you, your spouse, and your children.

Ameritas Vision

Vision insurance entitles you to specific eye care benefits. Our policy covers routine eye exams and other procedures, and provides specified dollar amounts or discounts for the purchase of eyeglasses and contact lenses. Coverage is available for you, your spouse and your children.

Manhattan Life Accident

Voluntary accident insurance provides a range of fixed, lumpsum benefits for injuries resulting from a covered accident. Based on the Accident plan you choose, you will receive a benefit paid directly to you to assist with medical plan deductibles and bills from your provider. There are two different plans to choose from, Enhanced Plan and Premier Plan.

With our Critical Illness and Cancer plans, you'll receive a benefit after a serious illness or a condition such as a heart attack, stroke, coronary artery disease, or cancer is diagnosed. All benefit payments are made directly to you, placing you in control at a time when you may feel that your options are limited.
