With this plan offering you have the chance to choice the WellCare, OptimaCare, or EliteCare. Coverage options are availiable for you and your dependents.

Dental helps cover the cost of preventative and basic services. Coverage is available for you, your spouse, and your children.

Vision insurance entitles you to specific eye care benefits. Our policy covers routine eye exams and other procedures, and provides specified dollar amounts or discounts for the purchase of eyeglasses and contact lenses. Coverage is available for you, your spouse and your children.

Manhattan Life Accident

Voluntary accident insurance provides a range of fixed, lumpsum benefits for injuries resulting from a covered accident. Based on the Accident plan you choose, you will receive a benefit paid directly to you to assist with medical plan deductibles and bills from your provider. There are two different plans to choose from, Enhanced Plan and Premier Plan.
