Whole Life Open Enrollment

Whole life insurance is designed to provide a base of life insurance coverage for a lifetime. It offers life insurance protection, tax deferred* cash accumulation (based on current tax laws) and cash value loan privileges - all in one policy.

You are eligible to enroll into:

• Individual Whole Life Insurance for you; up to $130,000

• Individual Whole Life Insurance for your spouse; up to $10,000

• Individual Whole Life Insurance for each child; up to $25,000 each

NOTE: Child Term Life is also available, and covers all children at one price, as a rider to your policy.

Current whole life policyholders who do not wish to add more coverage and simply keep their existing policy are not required to login. If you wish to cancel your current Whole Life coverage please contact (800) 537-5024.

RESPONSE REQUESTED - As a benefit eligible employee, you are asked to log in and accept or waive coverage to complete your benefit enrollment.Enter your employee ID (if your EE number is 5 digits then enter en + 5 digit number, if your EE number is 6 digits then en + 6 digit number) and date of birth, and sign in.
